Yup, that's right. I want to better myself for me and for those that I love around me. "Bettering yourself how," you may ask and that, my friend, is a great question.
As I stated, I am going to pull a one 180. Now, I'm not changing who I am in terms of my charm, =), but I will be changing a few things, such as:
- The way I eat
- The amount of exercise I take on
- How I handle personal issues
- Building a better life
- Become Independent from others
- Better my personal relationships
Now, for the most part, I will be posting about the way I eat and the exercise that I take on, only because the rest won't be a consistent, daily thing. Plus, by me posting my exercise and diet plan, it will give me the motivation. By me knowing that other people are reading this, I will have a smaller chance of failing cause I would hate for everyone to see me do so.
Later on I will be posting my fitness goals and what I did that day as well as what I consumed. I somewhat have an exercise "routine," but the eating part for me is something I have yet to conquer.
